News Letters will only be sent to legally Opt-In Members. This ethical approach to mailing lists reduces the chance of your email newsletter ending up in a spam filter.

HOW DOES A NEWSLETTER OR MARKETING EMAIL WORK:?

The Online Newsletter displays as a simplified web page containing news snippets in a typical newsletter layout with the look and feel of your website. Newsletters can be created any HTML or Text Editor which you can use from the comfort of your home or office. You can ad text, colourful headings and even add pictures to be displayed as part of a news item.

Once all your news items are added with optional pictures, the entire newsletter can be emailed to our admin office for approval and distribution. Newsletter or Marketing Emails will only be distributed to the Opt-In Members Listed. E-mail addresses can be added or deleted from these lists. (E-mail addresses can also be imported directly into the system from a text file) The newsletter can then be emailed off to 1 or more of the different mailing lists.

Email Marketing has become a real problem if you take in consideration the amount of "SPAM" being distributed every second of the day. InfoMerchant Marketing Solutions make use of a Opt-In and Opt-Out Mailing system. This is the acceptable standard to the current International "SPAM" Law.

A new customer or Free Marketing Email Subscriber who agree to receive certain selected Marketing Emails will only receive Emails after Submitting their Information and Confirming their email address.

Subscribers will also have the right and option to change their selections by login in to their subscribers account to update, change or cancel their subscriptions. This reminder will be part of each and every Marketing Email sent to a Member. It will be place at the bottom of the Email with links to the Subscription Log-In page.
